They did an amazing job. Fast and effective and efficient.

My system stopped cooling in the middle of the day on a hot, humid September afternoon. I had called another company first and they had come out and determined that the issue was the air handler motor and the associated module. They were both under warranty but I was credited a price of $1,340. Didn't make sense because the air handler was still blowing air it just wasn't cool. Decided to call service first because they were family owned and operated. They sent somebody out and determined that it did not have any refrigerant in it and it was a 4-ton unit and required 14 lb of refrigerant, but the tech did not have 14 lb of refrigerant on his truck. He called his colleague, but his colleague could not get to my home until 6:30 that afternoon and he filled my unit with refrigerant and I was cool for the night, but that night only. Call them back the next day and said how can I go through 14 lb of refrigerant in one night? Finally, 24 hours later, after calling the emergency line after hours, the service manager came out first thing the next morning in determine that there must be a leak. He took my unit apart and actually climbed into the unit to find the leak. After nearly an hour of searching, he found the lake. He called Chris, the tech that had failed my unit the previous time, and he was able to come out within an hour and refill my unit with refrigerant and fix the leak. My unit has been running like a tuned up Cadillac ever since. Better than when it was new 2 years ago when I bought it. I can't thank these gentlemen enough after spending 3 days in Southwest Florida's sweltering heat - it was 87° with humidity at 95% inside my home - totally unbearable. They are completely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and their prices are reasonable. If you want a fair shake, choose service first. You won't be sorry!

I’ve used several AC companies over the years, but this was by far the BEST service I’ve ever received! From the moment I spoke with Lisa, she made us feel so much better and reassured us that she wouldn’t leave us sweating to death in this summer heat. She was incredibly kind and helpful.She sent Daniel over, and he was absolutely amazing! He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in literally 5 minutes — and even took care of TWO AC systems!Thank you SO much, Lisa and Daniel, for your fast, professional, and outstanding service!
